Skills we will cover

• Straight walls with even thickness

• How to get that last bit of clay at the bottom of your pot

• Getting taller with less clay

• Tips for better centering

• Even tops

• Throwing with less water

• How to get smooth and even walls

• How to do all of this with ¼ of a pound up to 3 pounds (or more if your ready for it)

• Ways to reclaim fallen pots without it being super annoying

***We will be cutting pots in half to see how you are doing***

Come hang out with Garnet and throw on the wheel. You ask questions and Garnet will try their best to answer them. This is a great time to see demos, ask for help centering, get tips on throwing bigger or just soak in what everyone else is asking.

You will use your own clay and do your own cleaning. Folks are welcome to stay after class and keep on throwing.

You must already know how to throw on the wheel to join this class!!! Folks who are just starting out learning are welcome to join though.

*A 4-person minimum is required to run the class, if we do not meet the minimum we will reach out and let you know the class has been canceled.
